Love the date night vibes here (perfect lighting and a cozy atmosphere). Service was excellent; our waiter was super friendly and explained the menu well. Drinks and apps were solid. The chicken parm was huge—not the best I’ve ever had, but still enjoyable. The best part was definitely the dessert. On the pricey side. Not sure it’s super authentic, but overall a good experience. Make reservations because this place stays busy!

First time at Viaggio, and it was amazing! We were seated on time ? the decor, and atmosphere was lovely. Drinks were on point. Whiskey sour was delicious. We started with the Caesar salad to share, and it was great. For appetizers we ordered clams, and shrimp, and they were very tasty. For dinner we ordered vodka cream with shrimp, and it was outstanding. One of the best I've tasted. We also ordered veal Parmesan and it had the perfect touch of crispy, and deliciousness. Also ordered the braised beef pasta which was very good. If you're a sweets kind of person, the cannolis we're outstanding. Look forward to coming back for the vodka cream, and tasting other dishes. .

If you’re in the mood for some solid Italian food, Viaggio Restaurant in Chicago is worth a visit. A foodie friend recommended it, and it did not disappoint.

I went with the daily special fish, and it was a great choice. It came as a fillet, lightly breaded and served with a creamy lemon sauce. The fish was super fresh, and the lemony sauce gave it a nice, bright flavor. It felt light but still satisfying, and I could tell it was made with fresh ingredients.

My friend ordered the chicken parmigiana, and it was huge! A big, crispy piece of chicken topped with marinara and gooey melted cheese — the kind of comfort food that hits just right. You can tell they take their time with the cooking here because everything tasted homemade.

Cute date night spot! Food was absolutely delicious, the risotto and rigatoni alla vodka was super flavorful and the portions are huge! For Service you def get the European treatment, staff are friendly.

We have wanted to go here for the last couple of years, and my husband surprised me with a Friday night reservation. What a great surprise, I just wish we had come sooner! Very nice atmosphere with cozy booths by the bar. Service was top-notch. The food was amazing! As you might see from my pictures, my husband had the Linguine and Clams, and I had Chicken Marsala. The dinner was finished off with a lovely Limoncello. We look forward to going back, sooner than later!

Coat rack right by front door is so clutch in the winter. Service was very attentive and on point. Food was amazing. Shrimp scampi is the dish to order if you like shrimp. They are huge! Bar is cool and has a nice design. Mirrors cover a lot of the ceiling, so if you are wondering about a dish, you can spy on other people's plates via the ceiling mirrors. ? ?

This is a wonderful spot that continues to surprise and amaze me. I’ve been here twice. First time was lovely and I went back tonight by myself. Glass of wine, great service at the bar. And takeout.

Absolutely love this place!! Nice intimate atmosphere and recommend making a reservation as it’s usually pretty busy. I had the chicken parmesan which comes with tortellini which i absolutely loved. Definitely one of the best chicken parmesans I’ve had!
