I enjoyed one of the best burgers in New Orleans here – perfectly juicy, packed with flavor, and served with crispy, golden fries. Simple, yet done to perfection.

The Sunday brunch at Barnett Hotel's signature restaurant trattoria is a luxurious affair that delights all the senses. As you enter the elegantly appointed dining room, the soft melodies of a live jazz trio set the perfect mood. Food was delicious and I went twice in three days. Plates are flavourful and great selection of fresh ingredients. However, my party of seven and I had a terrible experience with one server. The person seemed very irritated when we arrived and spoke rudely to my colleague. They also candidly served us in a rough manner, tossing us napkins or skipping individuals by purposefully not giving them utensils. The food was amazing but I would be weary to go a third time based on my last experience.

First time dining here. The atmosphere was incredibly beautiful. Our server was extremely friendly and she was helpful with choices and suggestions. I had Golden Tilefish for the first time and I was pleasantly stunned with the presentation. Just delicious! I can not say enough good things. Hopefully, I'll get the chance to return.

We had a great meal and experience here. Was not crowded on a Friday night. Megan was our server and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. All the dishes were excellent. Tuna app was awesome. Gluten free pasta very good. Tried the chick and the duck for mains and they were both great.

An interest experience. We were told ahead of time the culture here was different than what we may expect. When you walk in, it presents as a very fancy restaurant, but the staff is encouraged to “come as you are.” That means most of the staff were in blue jeans. They also had pin on their shirts to identify them as restaurant staff. The manager told me they didn’t believe in name tags. I wasn’t sure if that was some sort of new age culture thing I was oblivious to or not.
Anyway, the food. The pasta was tasty. The pistachio desert was good. My wife had the board, which she liked. The steak, however, was over cooked. We said medium well, but followed that up by saying warm pink center. It was brown through and through.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere. The cocktails are delish! Recommend the Passion in Palermo. We sampled all the appetizers, small plates, pastas and deserts. Loved the brussel sprouts, meatballs and fried mozzarella! The peanut butter budino was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the wonderful service!!!!

In a city known for its food and service, Josephine Estelle made it to the top of the list for me. My breakfast (the Breakfast Bowl) was simple but done perfectly and every ingredient was on point. The decor is gorgeous and perfect for a peaceful, lovely morning. But the brightest spot was Verlena, my server. She was warm, attentive without being overbearing, and a joy to chat with.
