The food here is excellent. The atmosphere is luxurious, the service is great. I deducted 1 star because meatballs come separate and it’s $6 extra, they only give u 2. Pretty dry meatballs, disappointed me.

Other than that, highly recommend.

We love having dinner and drinks here. The staff is so warm and welcoming and it always smells like the most delicious things are happening in the kitchen. Casey, our usual bartender, is friendly, personable and makes a mean martini. Laura, one of the owners, is usually out on the floor talking with all the patrons and even delivering food and helping behind the bar. She is so warm and genuine when you have conversations with her. It's such a nice touch in today's fast paced environments. Now...the food. The food is fantastic. First things first, get the homemade bread. It is incredible. Next on our list of favorites is the Bolognese and the Marsala. The pastas are also homemade and you can taste the difference. And to finish the meal we looooove the tiramisu. Also made in house by the family's daughter. By far the best tiramisu we've ever had. Trattoria di Bernardone is definitely our new neighborhood Italian restaurant.

My wife and I came here and really enjoyed this place. Service was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was prepared well and tasted delicious. This is a nice place. It is decorated well and has a great atmosphere. We will be back. Stop in and give it a try.

All I can say here is wow ... No really wow ! Beautiful place ... Clean, great setup, amazing flooring. I liked our table, waitress Sarah was super kind and nice and excited about the food. I now know why ... We had a house salad for starters and shared it. It was quite large, glad we didn't get our own ... Had an amazing blue Cheese vinegarette Dressing on it .. yummy ... Then the wife had eggplant with a Rigatoni Pomodoro sauce on it. So yummy .... the noddles were actually Al dente and not overcooked like in most places. I had linguini Fruit di Mari ... I ordered it Diabolo. The noodles were perfectly cooked, as stated Al dente, the sauce was amazing and the ingredients as well. Lots of places when u ask for spice, you feel they don't know how to really spice it when u eat it. This was truly spiced, a good kick to it but not so hot it just burns. Great heat to it and we'll rounded ... perfect ... All was very fresh and homemade and you pay for that ... But again, we finally found a Real Italian place .... Will definitely be back here as we both like Italian food ... Give it a go, you won't regret it

The penne alla Vodka will live rent free in my head for a long time. The sauce was so creamy! It wasssss $32 though which is kind of pricey for a pasta dish. It wasn’t a fancy place. Our waitress was nice, but disappeared on us multiple times.

As a wedding and event planner, I highly recommend Trattoria di Bernardone! Mario catered an event for us and our guests couldn't stop raving about the food. He was fast to respond in the planning process, crafted a custom menu, and was prompt and brought all of the necessary chafing dishes making it so easy. Everything was homemade and the flavors were incredible. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The desserts were the best as well. He even took time to explain the meals and created a fabulous experience for our guests. His hospitality, service, and passion were contagious. I absolutely recommend both his restaurant and his catering at your next event and wedding!

From the moment you walk in you know you are in for something special. From the smiling hostess to the homemade dessert case it’s like walking into Italy. There are no TVs in the area we sat and plenty of room for a stroller.

I’ve heard mixed reviews but was skeptical. We were originally walking into mellow mushroom but it was too busy so we tried here. It was an amazing surprise.

The house salad is fresh with tons of toppings and the house dressing is one of the best I’ve had.

The spaghetti was perfectly Al dente and just enough spice while the meatball was hot and tender.

The desserts are homemade by one of the daughters and you can tell. Not too sweet but a nice balance. The cannoli shells usually have an old oil taste when I’ve ordered from other places NOT HERE! It tasted light and crispy not heavy.

The prices are reasonable and they have the perfect portion size. I’ve been to Italy a few times and this is the closest you will get to Italy in Florida. We look forward to trying more dishes and will be back.

One of the BEST italian meals I've ever had. So authentic! Everything is house made. Amazing ingredients, so comforting, delicious appetizers, entreees, drinks, everything. Just disappointed I was too stuffed to make it to the desserts!! Staff was so friendly, such a family atmosphere. Became a favorite instantly. This is a MUST try!!
