Verschimmelte schubladen,alles sehr dreckig,Geschirr muss man zuerst abwaschen da es einen abgestanden Geruch hat,sehr sehr wenige putzuntensilien,man kann nicht mal sand aufsaugen oder den schmutzigen boden aufwischen
,wenn man etwas anfasst hat man einen Belag an den Händen,man muss ALLES kaufen-handseife,Gewürz,Öl,wc papier-es hat nichts- frechheit für diesen Preis.
Frech ist ebenfalls,wir zahlen für 12 Tage und 13 Personen 6700.- Und sie verlangen noch Geld für Strom gas und Wasser? Noch nie haben wir so etwas erlebt und wir waren schon an vielen Orten.

Pięknie położona u stóp Monte Bulgheria stara willa. Jedna z osób, która nas witała bez większego problemu porozumiewała się w języku angielskim. Bardzo fajny basen, dużo miejsca zarówno w środku jak i na zewnątrz. Wszystko co jest potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania jest (może poza odkurzaczem ;-))Codziennie rano budzi nas koncert kogutów oraz klaksonów włoskich "kierowców" 🙂 Najbliższy bankomat 10 minut w Roccagloriosie. Wioska Acquavena, niewielka, ale Włosi tu zamieszkujący są uroczy i prawdziwi. Turystów tu nie ma ! Nie ma tu też bogaczy, położenie na granicy Kampanii, Kalabrii i Bazilikaty powoduje, że można robić super wycieczki. Do morza max 30 minut. Super. GRAZIE !

Deceptive advertisement and misleading information. It starts from the note "we speak Your language" (Danish, German, English, Norwegian, Swedish). Not at all or it's a note about booking company 🙂 We really speak English, German, Norwegian, French, Dutch but the host just Italian 🙁 And here You have a requirement to call him before arrival (doesn't matter You wrote an approx. time). That's not funny to find out, that You have a problem to arrange on details. Same comes if You'll need some services. For example, it was a bit cold, so we asked for heating. That's another story: they "turned it on" but it heated... only the time, when using hot water! And yes, fireplace You can see in a picture is closed by a paper. So it cannot be named even a decoration. Then the oven has restrictions for use because it's out of order. And finally they publish, that You will be charged cleaning and consumption costs in a three weeks (what mean You will be able to pay by card). It's not true: You will be asked to pay in cash, the host do not know anything what is written at rental conditions. So You will have to drive to ATM 20 min one way if You will not be prepared enough cash (cleaning and consumption for a week will definitely be an extra €500 approx.). In general: villa in pictures look great, but its also deceptive. It is in a middle of poor village with rubbish environment and chickens behind the fence. Not what's expected going to the Italy seaside. And more: we've got just one key for all the guests in a villa (in a hotel You have the key for every guest just for one room) and we were 4 families. So we had an other issue how to deal with logistic.
